As a former founder with two decades in marketing, I take a unique approach to coaching and advising—one that will equip you to think differently about how you build your business, how you define success, and how you find fulfillment by boldly being yourself.

Step 1: Start With Why
My 1:1 work always begins with understanding who you are, why you're doing what you're doing, how you got here, and where you want to go. All of the work we do together will build on this foundation.
Step 2: Define Your Who
From there, we establish the pillars of your personal brand and your values—not only to raise your profile as a thought leader and generate awareness of your business, but also as the foundation of how you show up as a leader. This will be your guide to making tough decisions, overcoming challenges, and pursuing opportunities.
Step 3: Think B.R.A.V.E.
Your life as a founder relies on discernment—your ability to make decisions about the business, the team, your customers, and your role in it all. I'll equip you with my framework for "Thinking B.R.A.V.E." which will help you quickly make decisions in alignment with your vision and your values that will keep you on track for long-term success.
Step 4: Never Feel Alone Again
As we continue to work together, we'll tackle the challenges and opportunities you face as a funder. But because of the work we've already done at this point, you'll not only have me as your guide, but also the foundation we built about WHO you are and HOW you make decisions in alignment with your vision, your values, and what matters most to you.

Commitment
- No long-term commitments!
- Engagements are month-to-month.
- We need at least a month to go through all 4 steps in the process, but the greatest success comes from working together to fully embrace and implement them over 3-9 months.
