How It Works

Weekly Breakdown

Week 1: Embrace Your Why

We think we know ourselves well, but sometimes we are too close to fully understand what makes us special. We don't always see our own superpowers, unique vantage points, or exceptional perspectives. Week 1 changes that through an interactive session and homework exercise that will help draw out what will become foundational to your brand voice, content pillars, and storyline.

Week 2: Define Your Who

Who do you serve? Are you targeting the right people? How do you know? In the first two weeks, we answer the most foundational questions in building any brand: "Who is this for? And why am I doing it?" Because it's only when you truly understand your purpose and your passions and how they align with the people who will be most deeply impacted by them that you can begin to get the traction and fulfillment you're seeking. 

Week 3: BRAVE Visibility

This is where we get to begin to apply all of the foundational work from Weeks 1 and 2. You'll learn how to build your own Custom GPT to help you organize your thoughts, provide ideas and feedback about how to share your unique stories, observations, and perspectives, and support you as you get more comfortable with growing your personal brand. 

Week 4: Thinking B.R.A.V.E.

Now that you have the foundation of your brand established, we'll take this week to learn how to make decision to stay in alignment with it. Every decision you make - big and small - has the opportunity to keep you in step with your brand, making progress toward your goals, and maximizing your potential ...or to throw you off course. Thinking B.R.A.V.E. will help you approach those decisions in a whole new way. 

Week 5: Brand Meets Business

Many founders feel like they either need to go "all-in" on making their own personal brand synonymous with the brand of their business. It's either that or nothing at all. Thankfully, neither is true. In this session, you'll learn how a successful founder brand is separate from the business brand, but how they can also help fuel each other's growth. 

BRAVE Next Moves

Our final session together will focus on getting you the tools you need to continue to grow in alignment with the personal brand you have begun to establish in this cohort. You'll receive resources and strategies that you can take with you long after the program concludes.

Hi, I'm Lindsay

I’m a 3x founder and 20-year B2B marketer who helps founders define and achieve success—on their own terms—using the B.R.A.V.E. mindset that fueled my own pivot and my startup’s 5x growth.

After making the leap from marketing exec to SaaS founder and CEO, I built a category-defining company that secured millions in revenue and VC funding. But I also faced the isolation that comes with leading, especially as a first-time, female founder navigating a space where less than 2% of funding goes to women.

I didn’t always get the right support—just outdated advice from people who didn’t get what it really takes to build a bold, authentic brand. So I figured it out myself. Now, I coach founders through what I wish I had: modern brand strategy, practical leadership support, and a safe space to think bravely.

That’s why I started Human Brands Win—to help founders build standout personal and business brands, stay true to their vision, and grow with clarity and confidence.
